Qué esperamos
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related technical field; postgraduate training in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
- 5–7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement, ideally within technical or industrial environments.
- Proven track record developing and managing international supplier relationships, including negotiation, performance evaluation and long-term partnership building.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and translate them into sourcing decisions.
- Experience leading or coordinating teams, with the ability to develop people and collaborate across a matrix structure, sharing best practices with other strategic purchasers within the group.
- Ability to work closely with engineering and production teams, aligning internal requirements with market offerings.
- Solid skills in purchasing reporting and budget/spend analysis.
- Familiarity with supplier quality processes (corrective actions, audits).
- High level of English (B2/C1 minimum),

- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, results-driven and comfortable working autonomously in demanding environments.
