We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Rider team. Identify friction points, drop-offs, and unmet needs using data, research, and direct user feedback.
Validate ideas through experiments, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision-making.
Balance short-term wins with long-term platform improvements.
Build strong partnerships with engineering, design, data, marketing, operations, and other teams
7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, within a fast-paced environment on a multi million customer facing product such as mobility, food delivery etc
~ Proficient experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform and drive product decisions
~ Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate user problems, data evidence, target audience and suggested solutions.
~ Experience with Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools
~ English Fluent
