About the Role
As an Artist Sourcing Specialist, your mission is to identify and recruit elite professional voice-over artists that align with our Adecuado Contributor Profile. You will lead outbound efforts, balancing direct recruitment with the cultivation of a strategic "bench" of studios and agencies to ensure rapid scalability across diverse languages and categories. By blending supply intelligence with authentic community engagement, you won’t just grow our numbers,



you’ll build the foundation that establishes Voices as the global leader in both licensed voice and Voice AI.

- Outbound Artist Growth: Identify and engage premier voice-over artists aligned with our Ideal Contributor Profile.
- Strategic Outreach: Execute high-touch campaigns across LinkedIn, industry communities, and global job boards.
- Brand Positioning: Craft compelling narratives framing the platform as the leader in licensed voice and AI.
- Growth Marketing: Drive measurable increases in artist signups through consistent, high-volume outreach.
- Performance Analytics: Track activity, conversion rates, and quality alignment to optimize sourcing ROI.
- Demand Calibration: Refine targeting strategies based on real-time marketplace gaps and performance signals.
