Purpose Of The Role
As a Finance Director you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across the Finance function, ensuring robust financial control, high-quality insight and disciplined execution across the business. The role leads the consolidation and oversight of the Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow,



working capital and liquidity position, while driving clear information flows and high standards of governance across multiple jurisdictions. The Finance Director has responsibility for entities in Gibraltar, the UK, the Isle of Man and Hungary, and provides leadership to the Financial Control, Treasury/Accounts Payable and Payment Service Provider (PSP) Reconciliations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
Lead the preparation, review and continuous improvement of all financial reporting, ensuring timely, accurate and decision-useful output, including:
Detailed analysis and commentary of Direct Costs, including affiliates, gaming taxes (including mitigation), sports data, license fees and PSP fees.
Annual budget and quarterly reforecast process, specifically balance sheet, working capital and cash flow
Management, Compliance and Solutions
Provide strategic leadership to the Financi
