We're hiring a marketing operator who builds with AI , not a marketer who occasionally uses ChatGPT, and not a developer without marketing context. This person owns HubSpot end to end and uses AI/automation (Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot Breeze, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to replace manual marketing work with reliable, documented systems.
This is a fit if you've personally built and shipped at least one AI-powered marketing workflow (a drafting assistant, lead-scoring agent, content repurposing pipeline, CRM automation) and can show it.
