Acting as the CMO’s primary execution partner, this individual will lead the end-to-end coordination of marketing initiatives across Acquisition, Retention (CRM & VIP), Design, Content, and Product teams. They will serve as the connective tissue that transforms marketing strategy into disciplined, on-brand, and commercially effective campaigns - ensuring every player touchpoint reflects a cohesive brand identity while driving measurable business results.
Own the full marketing calendar: planning, briefing, and coordinating simultaneous campaigns across all channels and verticals.
Translate CMO strategy and business objectives into actionable project roadmaps with clear timelines, owners, and KPIs.
Coordinate kick-off and alignment sessions across Acquisition, CRM/Retention, VIP, Design, Content, and Product stakeholders.
