We are looking for a Finance Director responsible for providing strategic financial leadership across our operations in Spain and Chile. This role offers the opportunity to act as a key business partner, influencing decision-making, driving financial performance, and supporting the execution of important business initiatives in a dynamic international environment. Lead all finance, accounting, payroll, tax, treasury, regulatory compliance and other related activities for the Spain operations and oversee those activities for our Chilean Entity.
Ensure local statutory compliance, tax filings, regulatory reporting.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial reporting,



budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and management information as per corporate requirements.
Ensure strong financial controls, effective risk management, and adherence to corporate accounting policies and international reporting standards.
Act as a trusted business partner to local management, operation teams and the Corporate Support Services, providing financial insight and supporting strategic decision making.
Drive standardization, simplification, improvement and automation of finance and business processes across all locations.
Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing Finance team while fostering collaboration across locations and functions.
