When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work As a Human Resources Coordinator , you’re not just providing support to HR department managers – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Provide exceptional front office support: Welcome and assist guests, applicants, and team members with prompt, professional, and courteous service
Support daily office operations: Provide administrative support such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying to support HR department operations
Organize and manage bookings for HR department managers
Support special projects: At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member:
~1 or 2 years of experience in HR departments is required. Foundational knowledge of Spanish labor laws.
~ Experience with MS Office applications and Outlook
~ Knowledge of payroll processes.



Knowledge of A3NOM software will be considered an asset.
~ Knowledge of employee hiring administrative processes in compliance with Spanish labor law requirements.
~ Experience in the use and management of Human Resources software.
~ High level of English (B2-C1)
~ Knowledge in organizing initiatives aligned with Corporate Social Responsibility objectives.
