Professional Recruitment is selecting a Account Manager for an Italian excellence active in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and medical device sectors. The company develops solutions dedicated to health and wellbeing - from pharmaceuticals to food supplements, to medical devices - combining scientific rigor and formulative innovation to support daily clinical practice and pharmaceutical distribution. Your Mission

In a strategic phase of expansion into the Spanish market, we are looking for a professional capable of translating the Group's commercial strategy into concrete performance, contributing directly to the development and consolidation of business in the territory. You won't be a mere executor, but the commercial reference point for the Spanish market, working in coordination with the Spain Sales Manager. You will be responsible for:

- Managing and consolidating relationships with distributors, wholesalers,



pharmacies, and pharmacy groups, positioning the company as a leading commercial partner.
- Implementing the commercial strategy defined by the company, translating growth objectives into concrete actions across the territory.
- Analyzing sales data and market trends with a structured, KPI-driven approach, proposing corrective actions and business development initiatives.
- Working closely with the International Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure growth and efficiency in order management and customer service processes.

The Profile We're Looking For
