As R&D; Director, you will define our R&D; strategy,



lead our multidisciplinary engineering organization and ensure that engineering execution remains aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
You will lead the transition from late-stage product development to commercial readiness while continuing to drive the evolution of our current platform and future technologies.
Working closely with Operations, QA/RA, Medical Affairs and Commercial teams, you will help ensure successful commercialization while strengthening the engineering capabilities required to support our long-term growth.
You've successfully led engineering organizations through the transition from product development to commercial reality. You know what happens when the first systems reach hospitals, when customer feedback begins to shape product evolution, and when engineering must support manufacturing, clinical teams and commercial operations without losing the pace of innovation.
