ACCIONA, in its Construction Business Line, is looking for a Commercial & Contracts Manager based in the Philippines for a mega infrastructure project.
Job Description:
The Commercial & Contracts Manager is responsible for leading the commercial and contractual management of the project from contract award through to final account close-out. The role ensures effective contract administration, protects the company’s commercial interests, and oversees subcontract management,



procurement, claims, variations and commercial risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main commercial and contractual interface with clients, consultants and other external stakeholders.
- Lead commercial meetings, negotiations and contract-related reviews.
- Provide commercial and contractual advice to the Project Director and Project Management Team.
- Manage the project contract in accordance with FIDIC conditions, including notices, correspondence and contractual compliance.
- Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
- Lead the management of claims, variations, extensions of time and contractual entitlements.
- Develop and implement commercial and contractual management procedures.
- Lead subcontract procurement, administration and negotiations, ensuring appropriate terms and best value.
