Role Summary: We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our Operations team and own the employee lifecycle end-to-end. You'll take over running onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, and the day-to-day people work that keeps a growing remote team functioning.

Qualifications:
~3-5 years in people operations, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
~ Experience managing the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding,



performance reviews, and accurate record-keeping.
~ Strong grasp of people-ops best practices and employment compliance in at least one jurisdiction; comfortable working with legal or compliance advisors.
~ Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms.
~ Experience creating, updating, and clearly communicating people policies.
~ Familiarity with remote-first tools and supporting a distributed team across time zones.
~ Ability to analyze people data, spot trends, and propose process improvements.
~ Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on clarity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
~ Strong organization and prioritization, with attention to detail and a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset.
