Drive Revenue Through Digital Advertising As an Ad Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in helping businesses grow through strategic digital advertising solutions. You'll manage a portfolio of advertisers, identify new revenue opportunities, and drive campaign performance through consultative selling and data-driven insights.
Your Responsibilities
Drive advertising revenue by managing and growing a portfolio of SMB and mid-market advertisers
Execute high-volume outbound sales outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Identify upsell,



cross-sell, and reactivation opportunities within existing accounts
Consult advertisers on campaign strategy, targeting, and optimization to improve ROI
Analyze campaign performance data (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted digital marketing advisor
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity records in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Use AI-powered tools and sales intelligence platforms to prioritize leads and improve conversion rates
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets
What You Bring
Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, ad sales, or digital marketing account management
Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
Proven ability to manage high-velocity sales cycles and
