Partner with senior leadership to define and complete a forward-looking HSE strategy aligned to business objectives.
Champion a high-performance safety culture that prioritizes psychological safety, wellbeing and proactive risk management.
Act as a trusted advisor to executives and regional leaders on HSE risks, trends and opportunities.
Drive leadership accountability and capability in safety through coaching, mentoring and performance frameworks.
Ensure full compliance with all relevant HSE legislation,



standards and regulatory requirements across EMEA.
Lead enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment and mitigation strategies, including critical risk management.
Drive maturity of HSE systems through data-led insights, benchmarking and adoption of integral guidelines.
Report performance to senior leadership and key collaborators, driving transparency and accountability.
8+ years of progressive experience in HSE leadership roles within large, sophisticated, matrix organisations.
~ Demonstrated experience operating across EMEA region with solid understanding of local legislation and regulatory frameworks.
~ Proven track record to influence and engage senior collaborators and drive cultural transformation.
~ Expertise in risk management, incident investigation methodologies and HSE management systems.
~ Strong commercial competence with the ability to align safety outcomes to business performance.
