This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and business development, working directly with senior stakeholders, Partners, and clients to shape technology-driven solutions.
As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga (two times per week in the office) , you will collaborate closely with other international teams, supporting strategic consulting engagements, technology transformation initiatives, and business development opportunities.

Support clients in their business and organizational transformation journeys, becoming a trusted advisor in project management subject matters.
Work with various teams to ensure that client requirements, budgets, and milestones for projects are met.

Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to see the big picture while focusing on details and errorless delivery.
Excellent professional communication skills,



capable of engaging with senior stakeholders using appropriate terminology and fit-to-purpose communication.
Strong project management skills, including agile methods, and a drive for continuous improvement and growth.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:
Minimum 7 or more years of experience in SAP implementation projects and/or module configuration & support in large-scale projects within distributed multicultural environments.
Experience in end-to-end project implementation and project stream/team lead experience.
Excellent English language skills in written and spoken communication.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS SharePoint, and other project management tools.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Knowledge of additional European languages, particularly Spanish, Italian and/or German.
Experience in change management, business analysis, and process transformations.
Experience working at consulting companie
