We are looking for a proactive Junior IT Support Specialist to join our IT & Security team in Barcelona.
This is an early-career position for someone who already has some practical IT support experience and is ready to take responsibility for routine tickets, employee requests, devices, user accounts and workplace technology.
You will initially work with guidance from more experienced team members, gradually becoming independent across BizAway’s main IT support processes.



The position requires regular on-site presence at our Barcelona office and availability to travel when needed. Travel may include Vigo and other locations in Spain, as well as Italy, Albania and other countries where BizAway operates or requires IT support.
Provide first-level and basic second-level support for hardware, software, identity, SaaS and connectivity issues.
Help administer users, groups, devices and permissions across JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian and other SaaS platforms.
Prepare, configure, deploy and maintain Windows and macOS laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
Troubleshoot common Windows, macOS, browser, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS and connectivity issues.
Support office technology, including meeting rooms, Wi-Fi, printers, network equipment and other workplace systems.
Assist with office openings, migrations, technology rollouts and hardware-refresh projects.
