As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be a key player in helping general tech leaders expand their sales pipelines. Using our proven value-based selling methodology, you’ll identify and nurture potential leads, ensuring our clients connect with the right decision-makers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation – Research and identify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Lead Qualification – Assess the potential fit of leads based on budget, timeline,



and decision‑making authority.
- Sales Pipeline Management – Track and manage the sales funnel, ensuring leads progress efficiently through the sales process.
- Sales Support – Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and following up on leads.
- Data Management – Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Reporting & Analysis – Generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for our clients.
- Continuous Learning – Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.

What You Need to Succeed
- Languages : Native-level or full proficiency in Polish & complete fluency in English . (any other European language is a plus)
- Education : Currently completing a Bachelor/Master/MBA degree in Business administration, International relationships, International businesses, Marketing or similar.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written business commun
