Role overview The HR Manager (Southern Europe) will be instrumental in providing expert HR advice and guidance across employee lifecycle experiences including onboarding, offboarding, probation periods, maternity, sickness absence and performance management.They will be a local specialist, designing and implementing People local operations to fit within the global frameworks,



as well as working with business stakeholders and HR Business Partners on local execution of the functional People strategies.
Work with the EMEA and global teams to localise People & Culture strategies and tactics to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
Second point of contact for HR advice to managers and team members escalating matters to the People Experience Director or HR Business Partner where needed.

Work with the EMEA payroll, benefits & administration team to ensure HR administration, benefits, policies and processes are compliant with local laws and regulations, whilst also conveying the SharkNinja’s culture and mindset.
Responsible for local communication regarding new policies and processes.
