We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our International Markets strategy, acting as the key link between Marketing, Sales and our international markets, ensuring that our global marketing strategy is successfully translated into commercial success across every territory.

Your challenge
Be the main connection between Marketing, Sales and Mondraker's international markets.
As a member of the Executive Committee ,



you will play a key role in defining the International Markets strategy within the Global Marketing Plan, bringing together market knowledge, commercial insight, distributor expertise, retail understanding and channel experience to ensure strategic decisions reflect both Mondraker's ambition and the realities of international markets.
Your mission will be to turn general strategy into outstanding execution, ensuring every market has the tools, coordination and support required to maximise brand impact and accelerate business growth.
What you'll do (where you'll make an impact)
1. Shape the International Markets strategy
Lead the definition of the International Markets strategy within the Global Marketing Plan.
Represent the voice of the markets at Executive Committee level.
Identify international growth opportunities and translate them into strategic initiatives.
Drive new commercial and activation initiatives that support Mondraker's global growth.
