We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join the Buyer Tribe . Your mission will be to guide the teams in delivering high-quality software, all while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Lead engineering for a topic team to ship high-quality software on predictable schedules
Set expectations, provide regular feedback & keep team members accountable (Conduct performance reviews)
Iterate and improve our engineering processes and technical culture
You have experience leading engineering teams (Ideally +2 years)
You have very strong verbal English communication skills (Spanish is a plus)
Quality-driven, attention to detail, and pragmatic




We follow a hybrid model where flexibility rules. We commit to a minimum of 6 days per month in the office. Each team self-organizes to decide on cadence and in-person/remote rituals.
