Airnest is a founder-led hospitality operator in the Canary Islands seeking its first Asset Manager to own the portfolio's financial performance and value-creation plan. You will set budgets and forecasts for each asset, drive GOP/EBITDA, and produce owner-ready reporting. You will report to the CEO and work with the Head of Operations and Accountant. Idóneo candidates have 3+ years in hospitality finance, are fluent in hospitality metrics, and are tech-friendly with PMS and revenue tools.
