We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead A/B testing and data-driven decision making across the digital user journey. You'll operate at the intersection of product, business, and data , driving measurable impact on customer experience, engagement, and conversion .
Lead and scale A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
Turn complex data into clear insights and compelling stories
Contribute to the full lifecycle of data-driven digital products, from the initial ideation stage through to development and performance analysis
Define tracking and measurement strategies across web & app
Own reporting and dashboards for product performance
Drive alignment and evangelize data-driven thinking
5-7+ years in Digital Analytics / Data Analysis




~ Strong expertise in experimentation & hypothesis-driven testing
~ Advanced SQL skills (BigQuery / Databricks preferred)
~ Experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI or similar
~ Experience with Monetate or similar A/B testing tools
