As Junior Product Manager, you won't be locked into a single squad — you'll be our flyer:
moving between product teams to support the PMs wherever the need is greatest. It's the fastest way to learn the craft, because you'll see every corner of the platform, work with every PM, and gradually build toward owning your own product area.
One thing to know: we're building something ambitious, and this isn't a 9-to-5 job. We look for people who are energized by ownership and versátil when the mission demands it — and we offer that same flexibility back.
What You'll Do:
- Flex Across Squads: Rotate between product squads based on where the pressure is — picking up discovery, delivery, or coordination work for whichever PM needs support most.
- Support Product Discovery: Assist senior PMs with user research, competitive benchmarking, and analysis of usage data and customer feedback across the clinical trial lifecycle.
