For our team in Barcelona, we are looking for a motivated, structured and hands‑on personality who enjoys taking ownership, supporting operational IT processes and contributing to the further standardization and professionalization of our global IT landscape.
From day one, you will be involved in key operational IT topics, work closely with our global and local IT teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT services, processes and documentation.

In this role, you will support the day‑to‑day operations of our global IT environment, with a focus on Microsoft 365 administration, identity and access management, endpoint operations, cybersecurity support, ticketing and documentation.
You support global user onboarding, offboarding and access changes across the Adragos Group
You administer Microsoft 365 users, groups, shared mailboxes and distribution lists
You support Microsoft license assignments, clean
