As Junior Product Manager, you won't be locked into a single squad — you'll be our flyer: moving between product teams to support the PMs wherever the need is greatest. Flex Across Squads: Rotate between product squads based on where the pressure is — picking up discovery, delivery, or coordination work for whichever PM needs support most.




Assist senior PMs with user research, competitive benchmarking, and analysis of usage data and customer feedback across the clinical trial lifecycle.
Feature Ownership: Own well-scoped features end-to-end — from writing requirements and user stories to coordinating launch and measuring results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work daily with Engineers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Clinical experts across an international, distributed team.
