The Role
Responsible for managing sales-qualified deals and effectively developing the customer experience throughout the execution of the sales cycle for our Finance functionality.
What will you be doing?
- Drive account development through upselling and cross-selling of our Finance product amongst existing customers.
- Identify, navigate, and support the Account Managers' teams to find upselling opportunities and lead deal closing.
- Creatively develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota.
- Establish and lead high-level negotiations, with particular focus on pitching and holding direct conversations with CFOs and senior finance stakeholders.
- Think creatively and utilise consultative selling techniques to guide prospects throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate daily with internal teams to ensure we deliver the best possible service to our clients.
- Act as a product reference point for Finance, confidently conveying the value of the solution to financial stakeholders.

Your Profile
- Mid-Senior: minimum 3-4 years' experience closing deals,



ideally within B2B SaaS environments.
- Demonstrable experience pitching and negotiating directly with CFOs or other senior Finance profiles (Controllers, Finance Directors).
- Solid knowledge of Finance products and/or processes (accounting, expense management, treasury, ERP, or similar financial software).
- Hunter mentality: hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle.
- Results-driven: highly motivated with a strong commitment to exceeding sales targets, with a proven track record.
- Negotiation skills: proficiency in contract negotiation, ensuring mutual benefit for client and company alike.
- A strong communicator, able to empathise quickly with people.
- Proactive, with a knack for putting forward new ideas.
