With a multicultural team of 180 employees worldwide, we're growing faster than ever which is why we’re looking for a Spanish-speaking Business Development Representative to join our Business Development team from Spain.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact with our clients, playing a key role in our growth and making a real impact in a fast-paced tech scale-up
This is a remote and parttime position in Spain for 20 hours a week where you will be working for our integral teams. Help us create a healthier and happier world
What The Business Development Representative Role Looks Like
We are looking for a part-time employee to help expand our presence in Spain. As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients, guiding them in discovering how Virtuagym can help them achieve their goals.
What You Will Own




- Research and identify potential leads in the Spanish market.
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our Account Executives.
- Build strong relationships by understanding client needs and challenges.
- Drive overall growth in the Spanish market

What you will bring to the team
- Strong communication skills in Spanish (native level) and English.
- A passion for sales, with a proactive and resilient attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn — we’ll help you grow fast
