Lead the negotiation and execution of annual commercial plans with assigned Key Accounts, ensuring alignment with Persán’s Commercial Policy.
Take full P&L; responsibility for the assigned portfolio, maximizing profitability and efficiently managing trade spending, promotions and commercial tariffs.
Design,



implement and monitor promotional calendars and trade marketing activities, aiming to optimize sales volume, market share and efficiency.
Maintain continuous market and competitor analysis, tracking category trends and customer strategies to adapt negotiations and commercial plans accordingly.
Master’s degree in Sales, Commercial Management or Marketing is highly valued.
Level of English (at least B2)
Knowledge in commercial planning and budgeting.
Capability in calculating and negotiating margins, costings and commercial tariffs to ensure profitability.
