We are looking for a
Clinical Research Lead
to oversee clinical trial sites, support patient enrollment, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and deliver an exceptional site and investigator experience.

What You'll Do
- Manage and support clinical trial sites from start-up through study delivery
- Drive site performance, patient recruitment, and enrollment success
- Build strong relationships with investigators and research institutions
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and inspection readiness
- Oversee site monitoring activities and vendor performance




- Support feasibility assessments and site selection strategies

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field
- 5+ years of experience in Clinical Research, Pharma, Biotech, or CRO environments
- Strong knowledge of Clinical Trials and GCP
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English (C1+)
- Availability to travel up to 50–75%
