Your responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day yard office administration and visitor support
- Provide administrative support to Yard Management and project teams
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain and monitor technical and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with document management procedures and deadlines
- Support QA/QC activities, reporting, and progress tracking
- Represent the yard organization towards local authorities, landlords, and service providers for administrative matters
- Escalate delays, deviations, and document-related issues when required

Your profile
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project administration, office management, or a comparable support function within medium-sized projects
- Experience as a Yard Administrator, or in a similar administrative project role
- Good understanding of document handling, document control, and records management
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint




- Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured and detail-oriented working style
- Fluent in Spanish, very good English language skills
