Role Mission
Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns that drive both brand and business outcomes across the full marketing funnel. The role combines hands‑on campaign management with strategic thinking, using data and audience insights to optimise investment, generate actionable recommendations, and support client growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, execute,



and optimise paid social strategies across the full marketing funnel, from awareness to consideration, traffic, and conversion.
- Manage end-to-end paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest and other relevant channels.
- Translate business objectives into effective paid media strategies, ensuring investment is allocated efficiently to maximise results.
- Analyse campaign performance and transform data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
- Monitor KPIs, identify optimisation opportunities, and proactively improve campaign performance through testing and experimentation.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Client Services, Creative and Analytics teams to deliver integrated media solutions.
- Support new business opportunities by contributing to paid media pitches, media plans, and strategic recommendations.
