Key responsibilities




- Consolidate inputs from commercial and regional teams to develop and release mid- and long-term demand forecasts for localized EU parts and non-EU parts, including Thailand and Korea.
- Convert sales forecasts and system requirements into material demand plans and release material requirements to component suppliers and outsourced manufacturing suppliers.
- Coordinate supplier deliveries based on OEM production schedules to ensure timely material availability for manufacturing operations.
- Maintain part master data, safety stock parameters, and related system settings to ensure order accuracy and healthy inventory levels.
- Release material orders according to system requirements and production needs in a timely manner.
- Monitor daily material supply status and track the transportation progress of localized parts to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
- Analyze inventory coverage days and dynamically adjust safety stock levels to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
