The Senior Product Marketing Manager – Europe Equipment Portfolio, microelectronics and data center serves as the commercial portfolio owner for Ecolab’s equipment offerings across Europe. Reporting to the High-tech Europe Marketing Director, this role is responsible for defining the market-facing portfolio strategy and roadmap for equipment solutions, including liquid cooling equipment such as coolant distribution units (CDUs), monitoring, and supporting infrastructure used in data center applications.
Portfolio ownership in this role means guiding what problems the Europe equipment portfolio solves, how offerings are structured and differentiated, and how lifecycle decisions are made over time, while partnering closely with Engineering Product Management, R&D;, Sales,



Marketing and Operations to ensure technical execution and commercialization are aligned. This role supports high-priority growth initiatives across datacenter and microelectronics to shape how the equipment portfolio evolves as customer adoption accelerates.
How You'll Make In Impact
Own the Europe market-facing equipment portfolio roadmap for datacenter and microelectronics, including offering evolution, enhancements, and end-of-life decisions
Define equipment offering architecture, tiering, configurations, and positioning to support scalable customer deployments across Europe
Translate market, customer, and competitive insights into clear portfolio priorities and roadmap inputs
Partner with Integral Engineering Product Management to ensure market requirements and customer needs are reflected in the technical roadmap
Act as an industry‑facing equipment subject‑matter leader in customer discussions and strategic engagement
