About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing sales team in a pure outbound role .
This position is idóneo for someone who thrives in proactive, target-driven environments and has a proven ability to generate pipeline through cold outreach.
You will be fully focused on outbound prospecting — prior experience in similar outbound-heavy roles is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn outreach)
- Identify, engage,



and qualify new business opportunities aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Build and manage a consistent outbound pipeline
- Book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and activity tracking (Salesforce)
- Contribute to ongoing sales strategy and team performance improvements

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in outbound sales development (cold calling, cold email, social selling)
- Background in outbound-first environments (not inbound-heavy SDR roles)
- Strong hunter mentality with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving scale-up environments
- Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach (or similar)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluency in Spanish, English
