Job Introduction
Help us to build a stronger, more sustainable and competitive supply chain: At Vidrala, we are looking for a Supplier Management & Development Specialist to join our Corporate Procurement team.
You will lead the implementation of Vidrala's Supplier Management & Development (SM&D;) model across your assigned categories at Group level, driving a strategic and integrated approach that brings together quality,



sustainability, risk management, compliance and continuous improvement.
Working within the Procurement function, you will help shape supplier development priorities aligned with category and business strategies, while building long-term partnerships with suppliers that contribute to sustainable growth, operational excellence and customer satisfaction across the Group.
The Challenge
Based in Llodio and reporting to the Head of Supplier Management & Development, you will operate in an international environment, providing functional leadership for your assigned categories across the Group and coordinating with local teams from different Business Units to ensure a consistent and effective supplier management approach.
Through this role, you will lead initiatives that have a direct impact on the competitiveness, resilience and sustainability of our supply chain.
