What you’ll be doing:




- Managing day-to-day AML/KYC operations, ensuring customer onboarding and reviews are completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements;
- Overseeing KYB, CDD, EDD, ongoing monitoring, and sanctions/watchlist screening activities;
- Reviewing and approving complex or high-risk cases, providing guidance on escalations and investigations;
- Supporting the development and continuous improvement of AML/KYC processes, procedures, and internal controls;
- Collaborating with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to enhance compliance tools, workflows, and third-party integrations;
- Monitoring regulatory developments and helping implement updates to internal policies and risk frameworks;
- Identifying operational inefficiencies, recommending practical improvements, and contributing to compliance-related projects;
