We help Finance teams take back control of their spending - replacing spreadsheets, paper receipts and manual processes with smart, automated workflows. We're now looking for a German-speaking Customer Success Manager to join our Barcelona team and own the relationship with our German-speaking clients.
Your Mission You'll be the strategic partner our German clients rely on. Not a support role - a business partner role. Build strong, trusted partnerships with Finance Managers, CFOs and key decision-makers across the German market
Relay structured feedback to Product and Marketing teams
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product
Fluent German - native or C2 level (non-negotiable for this role)
Professional English - working proficiency
Analytical thinking: you use data to spot risks and opportunities early
Passion for customer experience and long-term relationship building
Background in Finance, Accounting,



Fintech, ERP or SaaS- if you speak the language of finance teams, you'll hit the ground running
~1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (CSM, Account Management, Financial Advisory...) - strong apprenticeship profiles welcome
