Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Cloud migration Delivery: Delivery of Database Upgrade services to cloud migration customers.
- Prototyping and Tooling: Contribute to innovation of tooling to automate the upgrade process.
- Mentoring and Continuous Improvement: Mentor junior team members and guide them. Lead and promote continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Product Expertise:



Learn and master your assigned Guidewire product and pass the required Guidewire certification as a subject matter expert within the expected timeframe.

Technical & Functional Consultant Skills
- Creative Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle unique, often unforeseen technical challenges with innovative, pragmatic solutions.
- Code Comprehension: Strong ability to analyze and understand diversely customized codebases with limited context, quickly identifying key components and making effective, context-aware modifications or enhancements.
- Data Analysis: Ability to validate customer dataset, analyse for discrepancies, identify root causes for discovered issues, and apply path to resolution.
- Escalation: Identify and highlight any potential delays or any other major issues with the project manager
