Role Description The Kitchen Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Madrid. Daily responsibilities include maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, washing and storing kitchen equipment, and helping with stock rotation and inventory organization.



The Kitchen Assistant may also assist with plating dishes, coordinating with front‑of‑house staff, and following food safety procedures. This position requires working closely with chefs and other team members to provide consistent quality and timely service to guests.
Understanding of Food & Beverage operations within a restaurant environment.
Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of Spanish or willingness to learn to support effective communication with the team.
