As we continue to invest in our commercial organisation, we've brought our Business Development team together in Barcelona to build a collaborative international hub. We're now looking for a French-speaking Business Development Manager to help grow one of our most strategic markets.
New Business
The majority of your time will be dedicated to generating new business. You'll also work closely with the French General Manager to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within strategic customer accounts, helping expand existing partnerships and uncover new commercial opportunities.
Adapt our messaging to the French market.




Collaborate closely with the French General Manager and the integral Business Development team.
Generate new business through outbound prospecting across multiple industries and customer segments.
Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations and commercial negotiations.
Maintain an accurate CRM and healthy sales pipeline.
Work with Marketing and Operations to improve customer acquisition.
Support strategic account growth alongside the French General Manager.
Advanced (C1) French speaker with professional English.
Experience selling B2B solutions in a full-cycle sales role.
Comfortable using CRM platforms and modern sales technology.
Experience selling marketing, advertising or media solutions.
Understanding of the French media buying ecosystem.
