Multinational pharmaceutical company is looking for a Digital Project Manager who will lead the execution and implementation of digital transformation projects across the EMEA region, driving innovation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

Project Execution: Manage end-to end digital project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across EMEA to align project goals with business needs.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and blockers early, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates, dashboards, and presentations to internal stakeholders and leadership
Team Coordination: Foster collaboration among team members, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
Technical & Functional Skills

Excellent written,



oral and interpersonal communication skills in Spanish and English Digital Technologies; Proven expertise in implementing process automation tools and other digital technologies.
Project Management Tools; Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira or equivalent platforms.
Advanced Office Skills; Advanced-level use of Excel and PowerPoint.
Business acumen; Experience in developing business cases to justify implementations Proactiveness; Ability to take initiative, anticipate challenges, and act decisively.
Team Building Attitude; Skilled in creating a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
Adaptability; Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments with changing priorities. Problem Solving; Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach to complex challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
