Learn and define the best sourcing strategies, utilizing modern channels and social media to attract top talent (both active and passive).
Build the Brand: Create attractive, inclusive, and diversity‑friendly job adverts that showcase the Airbus Purpose, Values, and Mission.
Screen applications and utilize the latest recruitment tools and technologies to spot high‑potential candidates.




Engage with the Future: Support our Early Career strategy by acting as an ambassador for Airbus at university and school events.
Go Integral: Participate in innovative, cross‑divisional, and transnational HR projects through our Employment Communities of Practice.
A degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field, accompanied by some initial exposure to recruitment (internships, academic projects, or 1‑2 years of junior experience).
Digital Savvy: A strong interest in modern sourcing tools, social media platforms (like LinkedIn), and digital recruitment trends.
Soft Skills: You are a proactive networker with stellar communication skills, a natural problem‑solver, and someone who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Languages: Negotiation level in both Spanish and English is mandatory, as you will be working in a highly international setting.
