About the Role We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Lead to lead our analytics function and help shape the future of data-driven decision‑making across the company.
In this role, you will combine hands‑on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, managing a small team of analysts while working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science teams. You will drive analytical initiatives, establish best practices, improve data quality, and transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.
Lead, mentor,



and develop a team of 2–3 Data Analysts , providing guidance, setting priorities, and fostering a collaborative, high‑performing culture.
Own complex analytical projects from discovery to delivery, translating large datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, and other business teams to identify opportunities and solve complex business challenges through data.
Work hands‑on with dbt to build and maintain scalable data transformation models.
Develop, optimize, and maintain efficient SQL queries across modern analytical databases, including ClickHouse , Google BigQuery , and Amazon Athena .
Promote high standards for data quality, documentation, governance, and reproducibility across the analytics function.
Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to improve data pipelines, warehouse architecture, and reporting infrastructure.
