We are currently seeking a talented Solutions Architect to join our team at BASFs Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Central Authority on Authorization: Serve as the primary authority for authorization matters, ensuring effective communication across the organization
- Drive Authorization Initiatives: Collaborate with general process owners and teams to successfully complete authorization initiatives while keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Expert Guidance as SPOC:
Provide specialized guidance on authorization policies and standards, acting as the Single Point of Contact for related inquiries
- Approval of Exceptions: Review, approve, and oversee exceptions to authorization processes, ensuring that deviations are justified and documented.
- Coordinate Authorization Testing: Facilitate and coordinate authorization testing with functional teams alongside System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Design Authorization Frameworks: Architect tailored authorization frameworks for business users and functions, aligning with organizational needs.
- Conduct Audits and Monitor Effectiveness: Perform regular audits of authorization frameworks and processes to ensure compliance and generate reports to highlight issues and areas for improvement.
