We have teams working around the world, with over 20 nationalities from our offices and remotely, who truly enjoys their work. Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising
- Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives
- Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across all motion outputs
- Elevate design quality through experimentation, art direction, and storytelling
Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion-driven content
- Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution for projects
- Partner with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously,
balancing creative innovation with timely delivery
- Troubleshoot animation, rendering, or visual effects issues to maintain quality
Stay at the forefront of motion design trends, animation techniques, and creative tools
- Experiment with advanced VFX, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats
- Continuously push creative boundaries to set new benchmarks for BJAK’s new brand
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus)
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work
