Reporting to the Executive Chef, responsibilities and essential functions include, but are not limited to:
Design and develop restaurant menus
Ensure consistency in dish preparation and compliance with hotel recipes and standards
Maintain and enhance the quality of food served
Propose strategies to grow food revenue and control food cost
Conduct daily restaurant briefings
Conduct performance evaluations after probation and annually
Commit to high service quality, discretion, and integrity
Strong command of the Spanish language
Experience in a 4-star or 5-star property renown restaurants is a strong asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications is an asset
