DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Production Coordinator to support the International Originals Production team in Spain, assisting in the management of operational and administrative activities across all genres (Movies, Scripted and Unscripted content).
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, respond promptly to time-sensitive situations, and support the team in addressing challenges that arise during production. They should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is essential, as well as professionalism when interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Working across various formats and production types, the candidate will support a diverse portfolio of content including movies, scripted series,



and unscripted shows. They will provide day-to-day support, helping organize and tracking projects from setup through production to final deliverables. This position will report to the Head of Production and Post, International Originals Spain.
Key job responsibilities
•Support projects (scripted, unscripted and movies) across all stages from development through production, post-production, delivery and launch.
•Manage daily trackers, department templates, production guidelines, production/post-production documents (e.g., contracts, call sheets, calendars, reports and schedules)
•Support the Production Team with budget analysis and cost reporting
•Coordinate with internal departments and production companies regarding deliverables, payments, insurance, administrative support, production safety & security, sustainability, and tax matters
•Maintain a checklist for each show to ensure major milestones ar
