About The Team

What You'll Do
Driving cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and process streamlining through data analysis
Optimization and standardization of in-station processes such as receiving, sortation, route planning and loading
Creation of SOPs, workflows and work instructions
Definition and scoping of system requirements and cooperation with tech teams for system functionalities and design
Creation of reports measuring performance and quality
Creation of training material and train the trainer sessions
Lead root cause analysis (using Lean, 5S or similar tools) to resolve performance gaps in relevant In Station KPIs
Collaborate with stations' teams to capture challenges and promote process changes
Drive a culture of continuous improvemen
