As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect you will work as part of our Infrastructure and Solutions teams and play a crucial role in supporting our Sales team.
You will leverage your expertise to connect the customers' demand with our Security Software Products and Solutions. This covers all aspects from crafting solutions for customers as well as leading Proof of Concepts (PoC) and advising customers on architecture, technology, network-security and matching this to viable business models.
By combining technical knowledge with strong communication skills, you’ll build credibility, support the sales cycle,



and ensure each solution aligns with both technical and business goals.
This role is individual-contributor-oriented, requiring a strong team player with a proven track record in the cybersecurity area of expertise, preferably within the hosting industry, e-Commerce or cloud infrastructure projects
Employment contract options are available in the UK, Spain, Germany, and Estonia - with freelance/contractor arrangements in the rest of the world.

Manage Projects to integrate Blackwall products and solutions into client and partner environments.
Resolve technical issues as they arise and design, modify, and test technical solutions.
Provide ongoing third-level technical support to partners, addressing questions, concerns, and technical issues.
