You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
As a senior profile, you will have the space to continue growing, whether by deepening your technical skills or having greater influence on project decisions, with autonomy and the opportunity to share knowledge with other experts.
Strong understanding of industrial automation ecosystems including PLC, SCADA, MES and OT/IT integration.




• Experience participating in multi site automation or digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in global cross functional environments.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
You will be responsible for supporting the adoption of automation across multiple manufacturing sites by defining common ways of working, readiness criteria and reusable implementation assets. You will facilitate collaboration between integral teams, promote knowledge sharing across sites and help translate automation standards into execution ready guidance while supporting program governance.
